- Angelina Pivarnick shared she was experiencing a miscarriage while filming *Jersey Shore: Family Vacation*.

- The reality star shared her health concerns with then-pregnant castmate Sammi Giancola on Thursday's episode.

- Pivarnick is single and wants to have a baby on her own.

Two weeks after sharing news of her pregnancy, Angelina Pivarnick revealed she had a miscarriage in a teaser for the upcoming episode of *Jersey Shore: Family Vacation*.

"I woke up in the middle of the night. I'm actively miscarrying," Pivarnick, 39, says in the trailer for the June 4 episode.

Pivarnick first announced she was pregnant during the May 14 episode of *Jersey Shore: Family Vacation*, which was filmed last year, after sharing her fertility journey with viewers. In a touching moment, her then-pregnant castmate Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola was by her side when she took a pregnancy test. Giancola, 39, welcomed son Vincent with husband Justin May in August.

"I’m Ready to watch this sad episode:(. #jsfamilyvacation," Pivarnick shared on X on Thursday ahead of next week's episode.

During a confessional on this Thursday's episode, she admitted, "I'm just not feeling myself. Some stuff's happening with me and my pregnancy, and I don't know what's going on and I don't even know what to do.”

Pivarnick then told Giancola she wasn't feeling well and was experiencing spotting, or light bleeding, which can be a sign of pregnancy loss. Giancola said she had similar symptoms before her own miscarriage in 2024, and urged Pivarnick to go to the emergency room for her "own peace of mind." She suggested, "Just check and you can see what's going on. You got this."

Pivarnick ended her two-year engagement to bodybuilder Vinny Tortorella last year, and, until 2022, was married to sanitation worker Chris Larangeira. On *Jersey Shore: Family Vacation*'s ninth and final season, she admitted she kept a vial of sperm in the fridge from a donor and was sleeping with "multiple" men.

"I have my pickings," she added, before cast member Vinny Guadagnino jokingly offered up his services.

During an episode a week later, she took the pregnancy test and was surprised to see it turn positive.

"There's no way that it just happened naturally... There's no sperm donor now,” Pivarnick said at the time, adding, "This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby."

After this Thursday's episode aired, Pivarnick shared on X, "All I ever wanted was a family of my own."
